Refund Policy

NUSATIC (Nusantara Aquatic) is the World’s Largest International Ornamental Fish Exhibition and Aquatic Show. Established in 2016, NUSATIC marks a turning point for the local ornamental aquatic industry, propelling local businesses into the global aquarium market while opening the local market to international products and services. Below is our refund policy for purchases made through the aquatic marketplace and event ticket sales:

  1. Refund Policy for Aquatic Marketplace Products
    • Return Conditions: Products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is received damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a refund or replacement process.
    • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is proven to be damaged or incorrect due to our error.
    • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and verified by our team. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  2. Refund Policy for Event Tickets
    • Non-Refundable Policy: NUSATIC event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizer.
    • Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days following the cancellation announcement.
    • Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact us for refund options (subject to the organizer’s policy).
  3. Refund Request Procedure

    • Refunds will only be processed after verification by our team.
  4. Exceptions
    • Products that have been used, damaged by the buyer, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
    • Event tickets purchased through third parties are subject to the refund policies of those third parties.
